Was just looking at an urban exploration site as I find that kind of thing very interesting, and I came across some pics of the Rover factory from months & months after it all closed down and became abandoned.

Edited. It's mad to see the brand new cars covered in dust with keys in the ignitions and all the "shells" still on the production lines. There is pictures in ther including a really really early mini that is wrecked with only 11 miles on the clock and the prototype for the never produced Rover RDX-60.

Yeah I've seen some of them before. Not all of them though. We have the Metro Birthday Celebration every year up longbridge and it's all demolished now. Well parts of it. Q-Gate is still there, and a few other bits. There is also a little showroom with Brand new 75 V8's in there!

There are still a few un-registered products kicking around, even though it has been 2 years!

hey id be interested in that too, i read a book on all that recently and id love to try it. They went through a hotel built in the 20s and it was fascinating.

I wonder if we could get into Luton or Ellesmere Port Vauxhall plant (i forget which ones closed now!). That would be cool.
